Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. only. We can't ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, US territories, or addresses outside the United States at this time.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays).
- Delivery: most orders arrive 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Alaska and Hawaii can take a few days longer.
- During busy periods such as the holiday season, processing and delivery can take a little longer. We'll let you know if there's a significant delay.
Delivery times are estimates from our carriers and aren't guaranteed.
Who ships your order
Your set is packed and shipped by our fulfilment partners in the United States. Because the items in larger sets can come from different warehouses, your order may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as each part of your order ships.
Gifts
You can ship to a different address and add a gift note at checkout. Gift orders don't include prices in the parcel.
Addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout, but we'll help where we can.
Damaged, lost or missing items
See our Refund Policy. If anything arrives damaged or goes missing, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
